Our agency embarked on a crucial project with EPA Victoria, tasked with the challenge of transforming complex air quality data into easily understandable and actionable information for the public. This case study narrates our journey from understanding the challenge to delivering a solution that empowered the community to make informed health decisions.

‍Recognising the gap between data and usability, our first step was to delve deep into understanding the end-user – the general public. Through comprehensive one-on-one interviews and detailed questionnaires, we sought to uncover what the public truly needed from air quality data. It wasn't just about availability; it was about making the data understandable and actionable.

Chapter 3 - Mapping the Journey to Clarity
